Production Development & Production Manager


If you are someone who lives and breathes all things product keep on reading.  Mack Weldon is looking for a Product Manager to oversee all phases of the production cycle to ensure product excellence, on time deliveries and successful launches. You will work closely with our design and merchandising team on all key phases including development, prototyping, supplier relations / sourcing, WIP, and price negotiations.  Direct experience with technical fabrics and knits, along with branded product is preferred.

  • Support all facets of product production from style creation to garment purchase
  • Work with our design and merchandise planning team to maintain desired production efficiency and identify any challenges against the planned allocation and production levels
  • Purchase product in accordance to demand and review needs on a weekly basis
  • Confirm, negotiate, and track costing for product line. Partner with cross functional teams to ensure product is meeting product margin requirements
  • Responsible for maintaining desired fulfillment rates along with an accurate and timely delivery of product to our fulfillment center
  • Work with our design team on the development of techpacks, fabric, trim, and packaging
  • Prepare and maintain monthly shipping reports for team meetings

Qualifications: Candidates should have 5+ years of experience working in merchandise operations.

  • Ability to work across teams within the company to gather and provide information
  • Communicate internally with Planning, Production, Design, Marketing, Warehouses, and Traffic departments and externally with Vendors, Agents and Appropriate Accounts

Brand Marketing Lead


This is a highly creative role that requires an ability to think and plan strategically, while operating in a very hands-on manner. You will drive all key areas of brand marketing including: PR, Brand, Events, Social, Content and partner closely with our creative team. We are looking to engage both new and existing customers with well-coordinated campaigns across all major touch points. In addition, you will help craft and evolve our brand story.  Candidates should have experience managing real world marketing (press events, guerilla marketing) and corporate communications (press, blogger relations, industry/trade).  

  • Report to CEO, work closely with founders, oversee all brand initiatives   
  • Lead cross-functional brand marketing programs involving creative, PR, content, social, events and partnerships
  • Evolve brand guidelines and voice; maintain brand book
  • Lead strategic planning around key brand initiatives (social responsibility, retail partnerships and collaborations)
  • Create pitches for PR outreach including key talking points; manage agency
  • Support new product launches and introductions 

Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 5-7 years of experience working directly for a consumer/fashion brand with an emphasis on digital. 

  • Experience crafting and communicating brand stories (consumer, press)
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to oversee all copywriting

Digital Marketing Manager (Acquisition) / Growth Hacker


We are looking for a driven, analytical, and creative thinker to help run our online customer acquisition campaigns. You will be responsible for growing our customer base of highly loyal customers by scaling existing new search & paid social marketing strategies and developing new channels.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and optimize day-to-day major digital marketing channels including Adwords (search, display, shopping), Bing, Facebook, and other self-serve paid channels with rigorous attention to CPA.
  • Continuously test and optimize new acquisition channels, audiences, bidding strategies, targeting options, creative, and copy
  • Analyze site browsing behavior data to inform new user experience designs and functionality, in some cases unique to specific channels/campaigns/ads
  • Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards coded in SQL to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
  • Report to Director of Marketing

Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience working directly in online marketing ideally at a consumer technology, apparel, or retail company focused on acquisition, or a digital marketing agency.

  • Ability to both drive strategy & follow strategy for the day-to-day execution of numerous marketing campaigns in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Part data scientist, part Don Draper; you love using data to inform decision-making and growth strategy, but you also apply intuition and entrepreneurial thinking to growth hack and scale campaigns.

Email Marketing Manager


The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for our proactive customer outreach, (mostly by email for now), to create meaningful relationships with our customers. We believe our customers are smart people who don’t want to be bombarded with typical emails about sales and updates. So we favor smart, personalized, meaningful messages delivered in a timely manner.

  • Help with the planning and own the execution of CRM strategies that encourage customer loyalty and engagement

Customer Service / Experience Expert
