Production/Product Development Manager


We are seeking a Production/Product Development Manager for our growing e-commerce business.  We're looking for a dynamic individual who will lead their area of operation for the entire company and ensure the team executes to meet business objectives and goals, by establishing best practices and courses of action for challenges and opportunities as they happen.

  • Ensure accuracy and clarity of team’s execution of product from style creation to garment purchase to communication of daily activities
  • Partner with Design/Merch/Planning team to maintain optimal production efficiency and identify any challenges against the planned allocation and production levels.
  • Purchase production in accordance to demand and review needs on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Confirm assortments in operating system and manage intake
  • Costing-Confirm, negotiate, track costing for product line. Partner with cross functional teams to insure Company product margin requirements. Maintain costing sheet
  • Responsible for accuracy and timeliness garment and maintaining desired fulfillment rates
  • Communicate clearly with manager and elevate issues that impede ability for team to achieve desired results
  • Prepare appropriate reports/T&A to be reviewed with team prior to monthly shipping
  • Manage and delegate workload appropriately
  • Work in tandem with Design to implement/initiate development/sourcing of TechPacks, Fabric, Trim, and Packaging
  • Production purchases, proper management of goods purchased to avoid additional cost implications, management of desired inventory levels, costing negotiations with vendors

Qualifications: Candidates should have 5+ years of experience working in merchandise operations.

  • Ability to work across teams within the company whose information and support is essential to the execution of daily task
  • Communicate internally with Planning, Production, Design, Marketing, Warehouses, and Traffic departments and externally with Vendors, Agents and Appropriate Accounts
  • Ability to synthesize, analyze, and communicate information collected from internal systems and external resources within the company to execute daily functions
  • Work under tight deadlines and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-paced, startup environment
  • A self-starter with a sense of humor, relaxed demeanor, and an innate ability to get things done

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Global Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Brand Marketing Lead


This is a highly creative role that requires an ability to think and plan strategically, while operating in a very hands-on manner. You will drive all key areas of brand marketing including: PR, Brand, Events, Social, Content and partner closely with our creative team. We are looking to engage both new and existing customers with well-coordinated campaigns across all major touch points. In addition, you will help craft and evolve our brand story.  Candidates should have experience managing real world marketing (press events, guerilla marketing) and corporate communications (press, blogger relations, industry/trade).  

  • Report to CEO, work closely with founders, oversee all brand initiatives   
  • Lead cross-functional brand marketing programs involving creative, PR, content, social, events and partnerships
  • Evolve brand guidelines and voice; maintain brand book
  • Lead strategic planning around key brand initiatives (social responsibility, retail partnerships and collaborations)
  • Create pitches for PR outreach including key talking points; manage agency
  • Support new product launches and introductions 

Qualifications: Candidates should have at least 5-7 years of experience working directly for a consumer/fashion brand with an emphasis on digital. 

  • Experience crafting and communicating brand stories (consumer, press)
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to oversee all copywriting
  • Manage brand marketing budget – proven ability to deliver high ROI
  • Ability to lead, hire and manage a small team (3+ people)
  • Sense of humor, self-starter, etc.
