We can ship your order via FedEx Next Day service for $32—just select this option during checkout. Orders received before 1p.m. EST will ship for next business day delivery.

International Orders

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. Note that Canadian orders are subject to duty fees.


We can issue a full refund for orders returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please note: After your first pair, we cannot accept returns for underwear that have been tried on or removed from their packaging.  (Sanitary stuff, you get it.)

What is the Try On Guarantee?

You can’t know how comfortable our underwear is until you try it on.

If you don’t love your first pair, we’ll send you a different size, style, or we’ll issue a refund. For long underwear, we offer store credit. Plus you can keep the pair you tried. Just follow the instructions in the “My Account” section after receiving your order.


How do I return a gift?

  1. All gift returns are given store credit, so you'll need a Mack Weldon account. If you don't already have one, create one here.

  2. Complete the Gift Return form found under Account and we'll reply within 2-3 business days with a pre-paid shipping label or other instructions.

  3. Store credit will be credited to your account after the item(s) have been received at our warehouse.


How do I set up a return or exchange? If you're in the United States:

  1. Log in and click Account

  2. Click Orders & Returns

  3. Click Return Items

  4. We’ll send you a free return shipping label. Attach it to your package and send back your order.


If you're in Canada:

  1. Complete steps 1 through 3 above to create your Return #.
  2. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping from Canada (we're working on it). In the meantime, include your original order number and Return # and mail your return to:

    If you do not include the Return #, your refund cannot be automatically processed.

We’ll issue your refund or exchange within approximately 48 hours of receipt. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 10 business days.
